Before I loaded it, I tried to read the tag but couldn't. Took picture with phone and still couldn't read it. It being 102 degrees I just wanted to get it loaded and get back in the truck with the ac going. What impress me the most was the guy I bought it from. I knew he had to be older than me. He kinda insisted on helping me get it loaded. Even though I build my trailers low to the ground, I extended a hand to help him off the trailer. He did grab my hand but he hopped off the trailer like a teenager would. He is 81 years old. He is going to be a tough act to follow. I did finally get a reading on the tag. It is a 301. 1973 year model.
