Sure. just operate it as often as you can. Put it in action doing something that can load the engine beyond running fast. those compression readings are OK and will likely improve as it gets loosened up. Use 15-40 diesel oil in the engine because it will protect better and start better than car oils made today that are tailored for catalytic converter protection. don't feel compelled to use special fuel the owner probably gust used E10 regular and that is fine.
