Over a year ago I decided this old retired guy did not need a 3/4ton diesel pickup and a 12000 pound dump trailer. So I decided to downsize. I ordered a smaller dump trailer and put a deposit on it. I had a contract. When the trailer was ready they tried to raise the price. I filed a complaint with the auto dealer licensing people and they did nothing. But then I filed a complaint with his bonding company. Said I would go after them for what it would cost me to get a trailer from someone else. Funny thing in about a week a had the trailer at they original price. I also put a deposit on a new Toyota Tacoma at a John Elway dealer. When it came in I was at grandsons little league game. They sent me a text saying I had to show up immediately or they would sell it to someone else. I let the higher ups know what happened. Im not sure the salesperson had a job when all was said and done. Bottom line is both new vehicles are very nice. And I was only able to get them because I took a stand.
