Randy, you say the plug is wet from gas, no oil fouling. Would that not eliminate valve seals? You also say it is wet around the plug, and runs down the side of the engine. Must have fairly decent compression to do that. I would look harder at the ignition system, cap, rotor, condensor and wiring. Could very well be intermittent spark to that cylinder.
