It looks to me like the wedges for the double bevel rims would bolt right on where the guide for the power adjust is. If so then you could just bolt them on with wedges without changing the cast center piece. I would for sure check it out . If you were going to go plowing or hard pulling tillage you might want to consider a different cast center.Though those hold the torque like they are with only the 8 pieces on it. The lug wdges can be gotten a junkyard probably pretty reasonable I would guess. Or a tire shop dealing in Tractor tires should be able to get them. As to your rim just get a used rim of any version of the same diameter and cut out what you need and weld it back in on the old one. If the stem hole I use a washer on the inside then grind them down so it is smooth not cutting or chaffing the tube that way.
