PBB, Post Beam Building. Hope no one gets upset because they don't have a PBB! I got lucky. At the end of 2019 I decided to buy my first tractor with a cab and I can't see leaving my tractors outside. So I also ordered a PBB, which took 3 months to build. I'm glad I ordered the PBB when I did because the price of the same PBB is more than doubled. I keep my retired Jubilee in my MMW. Mini Menards Warehouse is an old barn with a floor I salvaged. I used #9 wire to pull the building back in shape. Put osb siding on it, and then vinyl siding and an overhead door. Used 2x6 and made rafters. I store my used lumber in my MMW along with my retired Jubilee. Planning to use my unheated PBB to see if the new 6v coil and ballast I recently ordered have the same resistance and use the same voltage. I'm doing this for my son who wants to keep the Jubilee after I'm gone. I can't believe how hard it is to get the right coil and ballast for the old girl. I've learned why most people convert to a 12v coil or electronic ing. BYW, the man who I bought the Jubilee from gave me a complete shop manual for the old girl which I've passed on to my boy. The previous owner also converted it to 12v but didn't know how to wire in the ammeter. I replaced all the wiring and started over from scratch. I'm going to work in my unheated PBB because there is a chance of rain, 55 degrees and I have a complete set of tools in my PBB. Retired old men have to invent something to do. Yes, I have too much time on my hands. Do you have to invent something to do too?
