This is "artificial milk" produced by a strain of yeast. Basically, brewed.
Why do we need milk anyway? Our bodies stopped being able to process it when we were 2-3 years old. For all the "nutritients" it's claimed to have, we can't take advantage of them because we can't digest the milk to get them out.
Bovine milk is for calves. Dairy is not good for grown adult humans. Ice cream gives you diabetes from all the added sugar. Cheese stops you up. Straight milk gives you the runs. Butter fat clogs your arteries and gives you heart disease. Great stuff, this milk.
Hey how come nobody is "owed" a livelihood, until it's YOUR livelihood that is threatened? Somebody else loses their job because their industry has become obsolete, ho hum, that's capitalism, dog eat dog, get off your lazy azz and find a new job.
