Original 202 balancers are part number T20132 and sub to T25431. Local dealer doesn't show an interchange.
Many websites are advertising to use the newer R54054 balancer. I have both sets and appearance wise they are very different. The later 219 motor that calls for the R54054 has shorter connecting rods which likely changes the harmonics.
Question, has anyone ever tried changing the older version balancers with the newer style? They are the same length, use the same bushing and gear. Thanks.
