I agree. It is apparent that the current phase is to get it set upright, which will not be too difficult. Once it is upright it could be lifted up to the deck with a big derrick but I think that building a road to tow or drive it out would be a lot easier. If they were to bring it up onto the bridge and set it down on some beams, it may roll only another ten feet and drop through again.
