I look back with surprise that some hung onto that snap coupler as long as they did. I don't know if it was the dealers, the blockmen, or what? All the series IV D17s around here had three point. But I've seen them on line with the snap coupler. Having grown up on a WD45 with a smooth, easy operating hand clutch, PTO duty was no problem. That went out the window when they switched to a hydraulically controlled 'hand clutch'. I probably would have injured someone back on the wagon behind the baler, if they didn't come forward and harm me first!
