Im 60 and my chest started hurting all the time. My wife said it was sympathy pain since she was recovering from breast cancer. I couldnt even shovel snow. My doctor did the usual tests, all good. He sent me for a stress test, on the tredmill, but not with the dye. I passed with flying colors. He diagnosed Tietze syndrome (google it), inflammation of the cartledge of the ribs. He insists I have NO cardiac issues. As the months went by my pain went away. So, either he was right or I will drop dead. I do seem to be slower these days...part of that may be retirement. wink
