As I understand the label, I mix 4-6 oz per gallon in a spot sprayer, either the 2 gallon hand sprayer or the 10 gallon electric one. Using too weak of a mixture causes resistance. I now mostly spray my gravel driveway and not much else. Glyphosate is only supposed to be absorbed by green foliage, and weeds with mostly stalks have a harder time being killed by it. However, over time repeated spraying will cause bare dirt which can erode and become a place for more weed seed to germinate. Catch-22! Other desirable plants may be an alternative after spraying. It takes about a week for most stuff to die, but good grass is a little quicker to die. And it can drift a foot or two if you are not careful. Pramitol is supposed to prevent seed from germinating for a season, but I have had mixed results and you need a rain shortly after spraying it, and it can leach to areas where you don't want things to die. Mark.

As simple as a box plow appears, it can be rather challenging to make work correctly. In our sandy soils of Florida, traction is king. You can never have wide enough tires or heavy enough weights to get all the traction you want … unless you own a monster tractor. U
