You really need to go. Time gets away from you. When I said at the show that I was going to my 50 year reunion, one of the guys in his 80s said ''I'm gonna warn you, there's gonna be a lot of old people there.''. He was right. One gal who goes to every one spoke to me. I had to look at her name tag this time. At the 45th, I recognized her as soon as she walked in the door. She didn't look rough, just unrecognizable.
It's the memorial board that'll get you. One of the girls who had passed, I didn't know she was gone, and I felt a little devastated and still do. Dang, she was a cool gal. Super fun to hang out with and she won't be hanging out with anybody anymore.
