Walking the Rantoul show is doable - I've done it three times and plan to do so again this year. It does require planning out your day (2 days in my case) so you don't spend half your time just getting around. But, if a person has any kind of physical condition that would prevent being on foot all day long and walking many miles than you would be correct in saying that doing this would be at best very difficult.
