Most likely is a blown Oring. Tearing it down and replaceing Orings is required.And that is a lot of work.Not hard,just takes time and a handful of O rings. However,it might simply be just a loose leaking fitting.Hopefully that is your issue. A closer inspection is needed.I am assuming this is a Farmall with the valves in front of the steering wheel,and not a Utility with the valves under the seat.
