I have an Allis Chalmers D14 that I plan to get running. I'm a novice at all this.
The distributor fits into what is called a drive housing.
The drive housing is missing a "plug", or some type of line that I cannot determine what it is. The opening is currently covered by a bottle cap (the way it came HAHAHA). Obviously that is not original.
Second and final: the valve cover came unattached, and I have no clue what type of "nuts" are required. Are the Allis specific.? The valve cover gasket info I have.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
AllisD14 from North Carolina. This is not Allis Chalmers country. There were only a few B's in the neighborhood in my life. The only tractor my father owned. Thus my interest in the D14.
