It's a totally different situation where I'm at. Here in our area of central Kansas the unemployment rate is only 3% and there are help wanted signs everywhere. If you can pass a drug test and have even a little bit of work ethic there are plenty of entry-level jobs around here paying $20/hr plus good benefits. The biggest hurdle is finding people who can check these two boxes.
