I've had 3 wood boilers Last 2 have been high effiecency gassers. last one rotted out 2 or3 years ago. They were fussy with wood, high maintanance. I am done. At 72 I am not going to spend another $12000 for one. I have so much wood to burn, but not going to do it again. I can heat my house for under $2000 a year and not have the grief. Part of me wants to buy another one, but then my wife and my back talk me out of it again. Loved the wood heat boiler when they worked right. Jim
