How about pictures of the entire unit, including the hydraulic system? Is this the only deck or is it a multiple deck machine? Did you do any work to the tensioners? Did the belts come with it or are they new and you chose the length? If multiple decks, are the pulley arrangements the same on all of them?
The amount of belt wrap, on the at least the drive pulley, doesn't look right. From the picture it looks like the belt only wraps on the drive pulley a bit, the entire belt run isn't visible. That's why I asked for a sketch of the belt run, to see if I am interpreting it correctly from the pictures. Is this sketch I made correct as far as the pulley layout and how the belt currently runs?
