This older YT post shows and explains the filter issue much better. The raised ridge on the edge of the filter seals against an Oring in a groove up in the housing. A second oring is that is not needed is mistakenly laid in the outer groove on the filter and partially blocks the 4 slots fuel is supposed to flow through. The filters work fine if extra oring is not placed there.
