I have a 1968 JD 3020 gas tractor that I recently replaced spark plugs. I installed Champion D14 (JD #AA4053R) which are OEM. The spark plugs I removed were Champion D21. Im wondering what the difference might be between the D14 & D21 plugs besides the heat range being higher on the D21? Perhaps better economy? Does it start any better in winter? Has anyone ran the D21 in place of the D14? Anyone's thoughts?
