I guess price depends on the area. For comparison, I was going to look at a Cockshutt 1365 with loader and FWA - same as yours: one owner, 7000+ hours and only a material bucket. Guy is asking 10000. I passed. It just seems to be a tough market here, trying to get a clean older tractor for a reasonable price. Has my eye on a JD 1120 with only 1350 hours, bucket only and it sold for 9000. It was 3 hours away!
