I bought a late model 8N last week, 12 volts, non-running, dead battery and no one could remember when it last ran. The rear tires were like new, fronts were car tires, the tin was nice/straight. It did have a loader and a rear blade. Since the blade and loader were down (on the dirt floor) it basically needed run before it could be moved.
I paid $1800 (at auction) for it. I worked on it several afternoons and drove it home.
Your tractor looks like a $1000 tractor +/-), non running, to me. If you get it running there are more people (non-mechanics) that can be interested.
