Be careful with the air pressure. Take tire loose, make sure all the rust is off the rim, the get some tire slic'em and put of the tire and rim and as you pur pressure on it hit the tire with a big hammer, the vibration from hitting the tire with a hammer will help it slide into place, but it will be very dificult without some kind of lube on a dry rim and dry tire.
