What a good price is for a Model R DIESEL w gas start

Is there anyone out there that can give me a true value for model R JD diesel gas start , tires goood to fair , motor was totaly rebuilt 10 years ago,2years of field work after that then shedded . Every year the gentlemen drove it around the field and up and down his lane , I have first dibs on it and don,t want to give him too little. The sheet metal is good and it runs smooth
