In 1966,I was in the army and stationed in Texas. On the evening news was a story about a helicopter that had crashed in West Texas durring training near Fort Hood. It came down in an old farmers field near his house. When the reporter interviewed the old farmer, the farmer said he had heard the sound of the engine and new for sure that somthing was wrong because "it kinda sounded like a John Deere tractor runnin on one cylinder."
I just loved his comparing an old 2 banger John Deere to a multi-million dollar helicopter.
