The relief valve threads in the top of the hydraulic pump. Drain the trans/rear, remove the round cover at your right heel (dipstick is in this) the pump is in the bottom of the trans case, the relief valve threads into the top of it. What is the problem, no hydraulics? You may find that the pump has split if the tractor was started in below freezing weather and there was water in the trans housing. In which case the pump will have to be replaced,about $400. from Sparex and 2 or 3 hours time.
