I'll take the IRA, nicely diversified in 20% large cap growth funds, 20% small cap growth funds, 20% high quality corporate bonds, 30% large and mid cap value funds, 10% U.S. treasuries.
No tractor is worth one cent more than someone will pay you for it when you want to sell it, besides, if I had $100,000 worth of tractors, I'd need another 100 grand to build a place to keep them in and work on them.
