Glen, I just got done recovering funds from a E-Bay purchase from a guy that didn't send the merchandise. I filed a complaint of non-performance with E-Bay and got the guy suspended. I had payed with PayPal, so they recovered some funds right away. I contacted the guy through his dad and informed them of what my options were through the FTC, USPS and the FBI. Several days later I received more than what he still owed, from his lawyer. I think dad came up with the bucks to keep son out of jail since I wasn't the only one. There is an emergency contact forum on the E-Bay site that really helped. Lots of info on where to go and what to do, just like on this board. Duey
