I have my Grandfathers WC which had been sitting in a barn for years. It had not been used for years. I got it home and it sat in the summer sun for 5 or 6 days and pow , two flats on the rear.I also found out that there had been fluid in the tubes and they had been leaking.Both rims are rotten. Calcium Chloride is terrible when you get a leak.
