Not quite sure I understand what's going on, but you should be able to take the roller off the track and reassemble it.

Then the problem is lifting the door to get the roller back on the track. First thing I'd try is get as many strong men as you can round up and see if they can lift it. Ten men can lift a lot of weight and will give pretty good control.
