Good reply and I agree with you; you covered all of the bases about the B and why it is such a popular tractor. I had one, used it for about 11 years and sold it. I now have a Farmall Super C and a Farmall Super H; The Super C and Super H are just as handy and in my estimation, the foot clutch puts them a little bit ahead of the B. I still wonder why I put up with that B and its hand clutch all the years I was in the woods getting out firewood. I'm not anti green and I don't want anyone to think that; I have a JD 70 but sooner or later, my son and I will pick up a late model B to refurbish.
