Mosey, Power steering probably is a must if you want to do a lot of loading. Also, 4WD might be desirable if your loads are high and are on uneven terrain, as you can lose traction pretty easily with a full load in the bucket. Also, 4WD tractors often have higher front axle capacity. Get an ndustrial type tractor either way. The front ends are generally built heavier and they often have a lower center of gravity. Farm type tractors aren't usually made for heavy loader work. Older tractors generally don't have the hydraulics to properly run a loader, but that really doesn't matter in that add-on pumps for the front or PTO are fairly easy to come by and often come with the loader. Your choice would also depend on the loading height that you need. Having said all that though, A skid steer might very well be your best bet as Dell said.
