The 2-70 white has a 283 cu. in. which is the same as the 1650 and 1655 oliver. The 1655 and the 2-70 are identical except sheetmetal. 70 hp, 3.88 x 4.00 bore and stroke. Ran 2200 RPM. Built from 1976 - 1982. brian in ky
