In central In look for $120 to $170 (maybe more). This is why I am railroading instead of farming. My parents farm 700 acres. Some is theirs and the rest is a 50/50 arrangement. I am waiting for their retirement in 2 or 3 years and will see about it then. No one around here cares about helping a young guy get started. There are a few but they are already commited to someone else. All the rest care about is getting as much money as they can. Problem is there are farmers willing to pay it just to keep someone else from farming it. Not trying to discourage you at all. Good luck and I hope things work out for you. Need more young guys farming.
