Yuppies maybe, around here we call em citidiots. They are not all young either. Just have a great need to leave where the city is to busy or to expensive to live. So they move to the country and instantly become movers and shakers to get all the roads paved and street lights. I saw it in northern Mich. 15 years ago on a beautifull lake. The local farmers yard became to offensive to drive by because he had equipment setting out. The road was to rough so it had to be paved. Should have heard em cry when all the trees were cut to widen the ditches. They move out to get away then want it to be like what they left. Then when it rains they are mad cause it makes mud and the wife can,t deal with it.
