The others below have made some good points about PTO's and 3 point hitches. One other thing to think about is parts. It doesn't matter what color you buy, they all will need parts. If you aren't going to need the tractor on a regular basis and don't mind searching for and waiting for parts, buy anything. If that's not you, buy something that is commonly used in your area. A good local dealer that has your brand is a real asset. Most of the common models of IH, Ford, and Deere have parts readily available in my area. Your area may be different. It all boils down to what you want or expect from the tractor.
