Pretty work, Jeff! Consistent with what's been said above, play around on a flat spot with slowing down using the throttle. You've probably already discovered that if you try to trim your speed by stepping on the brakes that the governor grabs and the whole rig keeps on ticking. As surprising as that can be to new tractor drivers, it's just as surprising how well the throttle will rein it in. What's unimpressive is how little the brakes can do to hold you back on a downhill when you're out of gear, especially if you've got any kind of load. Have fun and stay safe! Scotty
