Safety is an issue I learned from my father at an early age. He was always aware of dangers around the farm and taught me what to look for. He would never take a short cut because of time. I can't count the number of times I see accidents looking for a place to happen. Example: A chain top link on a 3pt hitch rotary mower. Seems to be very common. What a wonderful way to introduce the back of ones head to a piece of steel. I am now 50 years old and thank God and Dad I have never had a serious accident. A forum to discuss safety issues would be a wonderful way to educate and enlighten less experienced operators of the dangers around them.
