IMO there is no such thing as a "fair" price for a 320. Collectors have pushed the prices to absurd levels. All you can really do is offer a low price and negotiate up until either he sells or you chicken out. These prices are VERY subjective and he may have heard rediculous prices for fully restored tractors of that type mentioned. Realistically, the things are less capable than a 420 and except for being built in really LOW quantities, would sell as what they are. They are small, so semi-urban collectors like them too, but at the power of a 40 or an MT they have only a little ommph. I'd guess that a realistic "restored" price would be anywhere in the range from $7500-$15,000, depending on where it was being sold, and how many buyers there were to go crazy over the price. Since this isn't restored, you'd have to deduct the obvious cost for the repairs and parts it will need. If you had a set of detailed pictures, perhaps some of the obvious things could be priced for you. Good luck!
