Pat, I have the same problem with the 2pt to 3pt conversion on my Farmall 200. 2Pt hitches have no width adjustment, and if I remember right it too was close to the 26" you mention. I have had to hunt around for tools that fit. I have a boom pole and a blade that I was able to fit by shimming the mounting pins outward with spacers made from pieces of pipe. I suppose a stack of washers would do too. You can buy mounting pins with longer than normal threaded sections that lend themselves to this modification. Blade is a "Farm Star" brand, purchased at a Quality F & F. Boom pole is burried behind other equipment in the tool shed right now, and I can't get to it. It was purchased at a Tractor Supply.
