lock tab bars on flywheel 1959 Dexta 144 uprated to 152

I am ready to replace rebuilt engine.There are three lock tab bars-one to cover each two of the 6 holding studs on the flywheel. The lock tabs on one bar are broken off and I have been unable to replace with a new bar washer. Does any one know a source of supply
