Restoring a tractor isn't an economical way to get a tractor. It is a fun way to get a tractor. If you just want a tractor, go and find one that runs good and buy it, no matter what it costs it porbably won't be as much as if you do all the fixin yourself. Fixing them up is a hobby, and the cost is part of it, you just spend the money like you would if you fished, skied, were into guns, cars, or whatever.
