That's a 55 or 56 International 300 Utility. Most of the 300U's had the exhaust routed downward, but the vertical exhaust shown was an option. This is the first one I've ever seen with vertical exhaust, though. It also has the deluxe seat and appears to not have the optional power steering, though I can't really tell from that angle. It has torque amplifier, can't really tell if it has independent PTO or not, even from the second picture. If it's in good condition and everything works it's probably worth $2200-3000 in my area (Pacific Northwest). Somewhere in the neighborhood of 36 PTO HP, nice rugged tractor, I like mine a lot.
