Steven is right about doubling your estimate. I figured $ 1,400 on my 63 JD. Im at $2,400 and just got it going. You will run into all sorts of $ 5.00 -- $ 20.00 parts. They add up VERY quick. Everday I find myself at NAPA or Discount writing a check for 14.58 or so. Take your time and you will enjoy it. If you try and rush it your going to get aggravated and not want to finish it.
