Do you fellas do tractor mowing for hire?

Maybe getting into it a bit and would like some guidelines for charges. Per acre, per hour, ???? I've probably got a job of 40 acres that has about 15 I'll get in hay, the rest is poor enough it'll have to be mowed, a little rough terrain(ditches, deep vehichle tracks) and probably debris. But mostly all of it just grass.
