Lose that agent, and I mean FAST!! I may never have lived in NY state, but NEVER will anyone convince me that outbuildings work against you and not FOR you!! Talk with other realtor agencies, and even check with some online. If nothing else, sell it FSBO (for sale by owner). There's tons of FSBO websites, many of which are free to advertise on. Even if you have an agent but want more publicity, make up a web page with pics and details, just as if you were selling the place yourself (FSBO) and, if you have an agent, have all communications from prospective buyers contact the agent (with his permission, of course). Then advertise on the free FSBO sites with a link to your "homepage" for more info. Guess I could have worded this a bit more clearly, but that really P***** ME OFF!! .....Started to keep going, but I'll stop while I'm ahead...or is it behind?!?!? DARN! I can never keep those two straight **LOL**
