Here's what I have had to do in a couple of cases: Surround the offending message with at least one above and one below, then highlite and delete all three. I have mine set up so that the delete file empties when I exit outlook. If you need to save one of the other ones you have deleted, just move it back to the inbox before you exit. Good luck.
