I would go with either a John Deere 4020 or a John Deere 4000 both have the same engine just the 4000 has a little lighter rearend. I have a 4000 and suprised every one with it when I pulled a 17 foot chisel plow out in the feild to level off a low spot were we hauled dirt for our garage from. Granted I did't go very fast (4 gear) but it worked, and yes i acutally put it into the ground. Those 404 engines are torque monsters.
