Ultradog is right on the live pump on the right side of the engine.If you have a remote hyd.valve there will be a second lift lever just to the inside ot the 3 pt. control lever and the remote lever has to be in the neutral position for the three point to work. I hope your problem is this simple. It's very easy to accidently bump the remote lever to the down position then loose the control of the three point REM
